The foundation level of expertise allows you to build confidence and technical understanding before progressing to hands-on training.
Format: Online, self-paced
Advance your skills with classroom-based training focused on hands-on product experience. This course covers safe work practices, preventative maintenance, component replacement, system architecture, and commissioning procedures. With 80% of the training dedicated to practical application, this level ensures participants are fully equipped to support charger installations and respond effectively to standard field issues.
Training must be completed to an intermediate level to achieve certification.
Format: Online pre-learning and 1-2 days of classroom training + a final assessment

The Service Training Program is tailored to ABB E-mobility customers, service partners, and value-added resellers who are responsible for charger installation, commissioning, operations, and/or servicing.
Achieving certification is a requirement to maintain product warranty coverage. Only certified personnel who have completed our training program are qualified to perform service activities on ABB E-mobility chargers. This ensures they possess the expertise to work safely and effectively.
The Service Training Program equips participants with specific skills in safety, maintenance, charger functionality, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Each area of expertise is explored at a foundational, intermediate and advanced-level as part of our dedicated curriculum.
Courses are delivered in English as standard, but selected online modules and classroom sessions may be available in other languages upon request.
