Michael leads ABB E-mobility with a focus on customer satisfaction, growth and the future roadmap. Michael started his career at Boston Consulting Group and has held senior leadership roles at gate5, Nokia, and HERE Technologies, where he drove innovation and global expansion. His experience in scaling technology businesses and delivering transformative strategies positions ABB E-mobility for growth and leadership in sustainable mobility.

Jörg joined ABB E-mobility in 2025 from CM.com, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s post-IPO professionalization, profitability transition, and refinancing program. Jörg’s track record of transforming digital and technology-driven businesses – including iBasis, Getronics, Eneco, and KPN – combined with his expertise in AI-based solutions and data-enabled decision-making, will enable ABB E-mobility to scale and adapt for long-term success.

Daniel joined ABB E-mobility in 2022 to lead digital and software innovation across research and development teams. With over 25 years of experience as a technologist and engineer, Daniel has held CTO roles at HERE Technologies, AirMap, and Trafi, and led major technology shifts at Nokia and Motorola. His expertise in digital ecosystems and technology transformations enables ABB E-mobility to deliver data-driven products and services that redefine the charging experience.

Florian became COO of ABB E-mobility in 2023 after more than a decade as Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he founded and led the firm’s global E-Mobility Infrastructure Practice. His background spans operational leadership roles at tado GmbH and ETV Motors, as well as experience in M&A. Florian’s deep understanding of e-mobility and operational excellence ensures ABB E-mobility scales efficiently while delivering reliability and customer trust.

Brandt brings extensive expertise in EV charging and commercial strategy to ABB E-mobility’s North American operations. Formerly President and CEO of Volta Charging, he led the integration with Shell Group and advanced the fusion of digital advertising with public EV charging. With over 20 years of experience driving transformation and innovation across tech and energy sectors, Brandt is leading ABB E-mobility’s regional expansion during a pivotal moment for electrification.
