Program overview

The Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) FY 2025 Low or No Emission (Low-No) Grant Program is offering $1.5 billion in competitive funding to support the adoption of zero-emission bus transit and the charging infrastructure required to power it.

FY25 Bus Low-No NOFO

Visit www.transit.dot.gov/funding/grants/notices for the full Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The funding opportunity IDs are FTA-2025-008-TPM-LWNO and FTA-2025-007-TPM-BUS. Mail and fax submissions will not be accepted. All grant applications to be submitted by July 14, 2025.
