Company Leadership

As the CEO of ABB E-mobility, Michael leads the company with a focus on customer satisfaction, growth and the future roadmap. Michael started his career at Boston Consulting Group and has successfully led many companies including gate5, Nokia and HERE Technologies.

Andreas is the CFO of ABB E-mobility. He joined the Executive Committee in May 2023 after having served on the Board of Directors as member of the Audit and Sustainability Committee. Andreas joined ABB in 2012 and has held various roles incl Head of Business Development for Process Automation and Head of Strategy and M&A for ABB Group. Prior to ABB Andreas was a Principal at Bain & Company where he focused on Private Equity and Industrial clients.

Francesco is the COO of ABB E-mobility. Prior to joining the Executive Committee, Francesco worked in various leadership roles in the operations domain, as Local Business Unit Manager for Smart Buildings, and the GE Industrial Solutions Integration Manager.

Daniel is the CDO for ABB E-mobility. He joined the company in June 2022 as a leader of the digital and software research and development teams. Daniel is a technologist, engineer and digital native with more than twenty-five years experience. Previously he served as CTO of HERE Technologies, AirMap and Trafi, and led large technology transformations at Nokia and Motorola. 

Florian joined ABB E-mobility in 2023 as global Chief Commercial Officer and President EMEA. Before joining ABB E-mobility, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for more than 13 years. While at McKinsey, he founded and led the firm’s global E-Mobility Infrastructure Practice. Prior to that, Florian held various operating roles, including COO at tado GmbH, Business Development Engineer at ETV Motors Ltd and working in M&A at a US investment bank.
