The subscription of Terra AC Apps and Portals is free of charge.

ChargerSync App allows the user to manage the charger via the App.

ChargerSync portal allows the CPOs (Charging Point Operator) to manage the chargers and users via the web portal.

TerraConfig Portal allows the installer to configure the Terra AC via the App.

TerraConfig Portal allows the installer to configure the Terra AC network via the web portal

Maximum 5 Terra AC can be added to on ChargerSync App account.

The PIN Code of the charger can be found in ChargerSync App or Portal.

Maximum 16 RFID cards can be added to one Terra AC.

Terra AC supports MIFARE Classic ISO/IEC 14443A 1K/4K RFID cards.

All Terra AC chargers include WIFI 2.4 GHz, LAN and Bluetooth.

Terra AC supports Nano-SIM M2M type.

Terra AC supports TT, TN, IT and Split-phase connections.

The Terra AC IEC version has 30mA for AC and 6mA for DC current leakage detection and the Terra AC UL version has 20mA AC leakage current detection.
