DUBAI, UAE – February 9, 2026 – Esyasoft e-Mobility and ABB E-mobility today announced a strategic partnership under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly deploy EV charging solutions and integrated e-Mobility infrastructure across multiple regions.

The collaboration aims at providing turnkey EV fleet electrification solutions for large-scale Public Transit and Enterprise Projects with Esyasoft bringing project management, financing and operation, and ABB E-mobility providing its innovative and award-winning charging portfolio.

Initial focus markets include Middle East, Africa and Latin America with the aim to expand into additional geographies over time.
